This April, our restaurant blossoms in celebration of Sant Jordi. Jacqueline transforms into a floral paradise, with roses decorating every corner to honor this special tradition.
To commemorate the occasion, we've created an exclusive cocktail inspired by the legend of Sant Jordi, available only this month. The Legend of Sant Jordi
The legend of Sant Jordi tells that, in ancient times, a peaceful kingdom was terrorized by a dragon that demanded human sacrifices. One day, the king's daughter, the princess, was chosen to be given to the monster. As she was heading to the dragon's cave, Sant Jordi appeared, a brave knight determined to save her.
With his sword in hand, he fought the dragon in a fierce battle and, after great effort, defeated him. From the dragon's blood sprang a rose bush with beautiful red flowers. Sant Jordi cut a rose and offered it to the princess as a symbol of his courage and love.
