Experience “Winesday” at Jacqueline in our main cocktail bar, every Wednesday from 19:00 until 23:00 with the most sublime wine selection chosen by our sommelier and perfectly paired with our Chef’s delicacies.
Every month we offer wines from the most prestige national and international vineyards so you can travel the world of infinite aromas and flavors with us. You can choose between a bottle of white or red wine for every two people.

Pairing with white wine:

• Zen chickpea hummus, smoked eel, kalamata olive relish, olive oil caviar and a touch of mediterranean herbs
• House-style “Causa limeña” with octopus
• Croaker ceviche with our “leche de tigre” and rocoto

Pairing with red wine:

• 100% “Full blood” Tajima race Wagyú “Cecina”
• “Cecina” croquettes on creamy foie gras with a little bit of roasted apple chutney
• Dry-aged steak tartar hand cut with a touch of cured egg yolk
